Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
Yeah i do agree with you, i will keep the original tank. i wiil clean the moped give some wax and love and it will shine
again hehe
Hehe the head light is really bad, i doent understand why. I have to run full speed to be able to see something in the dark.
The flashlight is a really good one. better than stock light at full speed so i will keep it until i find a solution for the problem.
I will give you guys the top speed when i have time. I home alone with my kid now so I cant take her for a spin.
My proma exhaust is waiting for me in the post office. Cant get it before tomorrow
again hehe

probably you have to change the light itself, changing to 6volts 15W (watts)
if there is another size (=21watts) it won't give enough ligt.
the cylinder you bought is an fast arrow replica, it should do the well

Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
Thanks for all the information guys. The cylinder was so cheap i had to try it hehe.
Trust me, I will test what its made of
When it comes to the head lamp. Whats your suggestion, i didnt understand what
you where describing over here.
The bulb looks intakt. but as i understand my bike cant give it enought power.
Its an 15 watt K15321. There is no volt written on it.

Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
We think your lightbulb is 12v.
It should be 6v 15w.

I had to have a try on my camino. My kid was sleeping, so i went out for a run. DOENT TELL
MY GIRLFRIEND
This was the result on a straight road, i had to lay down for wind resistant.
65 cc everything stock.
I am not sure how much my proma exhaust are going to give me. But
looking forward to tomorrow.
So is this good or bad?
Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
With stock exhaust it's good.
With proma it should be a little faster, and better acceleration.
I think the bulb you're ordering is the right one, but I'm not a 100% sure.
Your camino has one bulb with 2 wires in it.
Headlight and phare.

Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
Oki sounds great. I am also running a higher oil mixture then normal.
On the camino its written 4% should I still do 4% on new cylinder, or go down to 2%?
I am think I am higher then 4% now. hehe

Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
With good oil 2% is enough. (castrol)
Because the oil quality today is better than 30 years ago.
Higher than 4% is not good for the engine.
It could cause the piston gets stuck.
I always mix 3% myself, just to be sure.
Went always well.
And you save a little oil each time.
Better for economy reasons.

Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
I have installed the Proma exhaust. What a difference on accelleration
But i did not get any more top speed. I have managed to get 65 km/h on it.
If my goal would be going 70 km/h but keep the good acceleration, what would be the next step?

Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
More air in the tires.
Or Install a secondhand Leovinci exhaust?
Less acceleration but more top speed.

http://mc-deler.no/moped_scooter.asp?C= ... MCD-034842" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Will i loose much accelaration?

Re: Honda Camino 70cc kit
That's a great price! The parts are cheaper in Norway than over here.
You're gona loose some acceleration, but gain more topspeed.
This manual is for installing the gears.

You should renew some other parts like gaskets and Transmission Oil [SAE 80-90]
